Eligibility

Players who reside in the U.S.:
FreeBingoPrizes.com players who reside in the U.S. and are over the age of 17 are eligible to receive cash and/or merchandise prizes that they may have won from games and/or contests at FreeBingoPrizes.com. Teenage U.S. residents (ages 13 - 17) are eligible to win merchandise and gift certificate prizes, but may not win cash prizes.

Players who reside in Canada:
Canadians, excluding residents of Quebec, who have reached the Age of Majority are only eligible to receive cash prizes. Unfortunately, legal restrictions prevent us from awarding prizes to Canadian residents who have not reached the Age of Majority. We are currently not able to award prizes to residents of Quebec regardless of age.

Players who reside outside the U.S. and Canada:
Player residing outside the U.S. and Canada are eligible to receive prizes of any kind from the games and contests at FreeBingoPrizes.com.

Adult User Names:
FreeBingoPrizes.com periodically reviews the User Names that our players select for themselves as well as the profiles they write about themselves. If we deem the name or the profile to contain content that is inappropriate for general viewing across all game rooms on FreeBingoPrizes.com, we will flag the User Name as an "Adult Name". Any user whose name is thus flagged will only be allowed to play games in "uncensored rooms" at FreeBingoPrizes.com. Furthermore, no player with a User Name that is flagged as an "Adult Name" will be eligible to enter any of our contests or win any contest prizes. We are pleased to announce the winners of our contests across FreeBingoPrizes.com, and we cannot do so with Adult Names. Hence this restriction. If you want to be able to participate in our contests and win prizes, please be certain to select a User Name that is not likely to be flagged as an Adult Name.

Single Game Per Household:
Players are only allowed to participate in one live game at a time. In order to be eligible players must not multi play, multi-box, use robots, or other automating software in an attempt to gain any advantage. Players are restricted to one active games session.

Players playing in multiple rooms will receive a warning e-mail from FPB. If such a practice continues, their accounts will be immediately closed.

Prizes

Players will be entitled to win only one  WEEKLY OR MONTHLY PRIZE PER 90 DAYS. In case an unique player wins several prizes during this time frame,  he/she will be entitled to the first prize won and the remaining prizes will be used for a new draw. The previous winner won't be allowed to participate in that draw.

Prizes may not be transferred or substituted, except that FreeBingoPrizes.com may substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. In the event a winner does not or cannot accept any prize for any reason within seven (7) days after being notified by FreeBingoPrizes.com that he/she is the winner, his/her prize will be forfeited. All federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

How to Enter

All entries become the exclusive property of FreeBingoPrizes.com, and as such, FreeBingoPrizes.com has the right to edit, adapt, modify, publish, promote and otherwise use or not use the entries and the information contained therein in any way it sees fit. Entries will not be returned.

There are 2 steps to enter each Game:

1. Sign on to FreeBingoPrizes.com, follow links to the Games, read and accept the rules, provide all information requested.

2. Play the FreeBingoPrizes.com Games.

BingoBucks Conversion Exchange

BingoBucks won in our BB’s-based prize games can be redeemed into tickets for our sweepstakes or special prizes at the following rate of exchange:

100 BingoBucks = 1 ticket

BingoBucks have no monetary value, nor can they be directly exchanged for cash.

Selection of Winners

Once entered in a Jackpot Game, you'll be eligible to win the Jackpot Prize for that game.

If you apply tickets to a Daily Prize, those tickets will be entered in that day's Daily drawing, conducted by FreeBingoPrizes.com daily at 12:00 AM Eastern Time.

If you apply tickets to a Weekly Prize, those tickets will be entered in that week's Weekly drawing, conducted by FreeBingoPrizes.com every Sunday at 12:00 AM Eastern Time.

If you apply tickets to a Monthly Prize, those tickets will be entered in that month's Monthly drawing, conducted by FreeBingoPrizes.com the first of every month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time.

The odds of winning prizes will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. All rules for Games are decided by the management of FreeBingoPrizes.com, whose decisions are final and binding Disclaimers regarding Entries

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry via e-mail, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. The use of machines, computers, scripts or any automated system to play the Games is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Section 1030 of the United States Code. Users may only play the Games with one type, version or copy of browsing software application at any one time. FreeBingoPrizes.com may terminate and permanently disqualify any entrants who FreeBingoPrizes.com, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules. FreeBingoPrizes.com, its agents and representatives are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, computer transmissions, or for technical telephone equipment, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by FreeBingoPrizes.com or account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof.

FreeBingoPrizes.com, its agents and representatives of FreeBingoPrizes.com are also not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate, or damage user's system as a result of participation, or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Games. If technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue online registration, FreeBingoPrizes.com reserves the right to terminate that Games prior to the states date by which all registrations must be received.

Notification of Winners

FreeBingoPrizes.com will notify the winners via an e-mail message. FreeBingoPrizes.com is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected notification. E-mail notifications do not constitute a guarantee of payment of any kind. FreeBingoPrizes.com will verify the eligibility of the winners prior to awarding any prize. Winners will be required to agree (in writing) to an Affidavit of Eligibility and to provide their full name, address, city, state, postal code, Social Security Number (or Canadian Social Insurance Number) and date of birth, and, where lawful, a Liability and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification, or winner's prize may be forfeited, except where prohibited by law.

Prizes will be mailed as checks, in US dollars, within thirty (30) business days after FreeBingoPrizes.com's receipt of the completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release. By accepting the Prize and executing the Liability and Publicity Release, each winner agrees that FreeBingoPrizes.com may post the winner's name on a list of winners, and may use the winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to the winner (if true) for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion purposes without further compensation.

Obtaining List of Winners

For a cumulative list of winners, send an e-mail message to fbpwinners@Freebingoprizes.com with "FreeBingoPrizes.com Prize Game Winners" as the e-mail subject. Requests for the list of winners must be received by December 31, 2004.

General Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Games, the entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. FreeBingoPrizes.com, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, employees and representatives are not responsible for (i) any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Games to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Games; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Games.

FreeBingoPrizes.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Games in whole or in part, in the event of technical or other difficulties.

By participating in the Games, each participant agrees to release and hold FreeBingoPrizes.com and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives or FreeBingoPrizes.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Games, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
