The use of BingoBucks within FreeBingoPrizes.com

BingoBucks are a means of recording each user's progressive point earnings with FreeBingoPrizes.com. Different games award varying amounts of BingoBucks to users at different rates. The award of BingoBucks may be based on chance, skill or a combination of chance and skill. All games require users to "spend" BingoBucks from their account as a condition of playing. You agree that BingoBucks have no intrinsic value and that they do NOT have any monetary value whatsoever. FreeBingoPrizes.com is free to give BingoBucks to any user or deduct BingoBucks from a user's account as FreeBingoPrizes.com deems appropriate, the choice and action being the sole right of, and subject to the sole authority of FreeBingoPrizes.com.

FreeBingoPrizes.com may conduct, at its sole discretion, various prizes and contests that DO involve the award of cash or other prizes that have real monetary value. Some Prizes may also offer sums of BingoBucks as rewards and prizes. FreeBingoPrizes.com requires users to "spend" BingoBucks in order to obtain chances win any of these prizes. In that case, BingoBucks that are "spent" will be deducted from a user's BingoBucks account balance regardless of the outcome of the prize draw.

Although there is no set limit on the number of BingoBucks that a user may earn during a given day, you agree that FreeBingoPrizes.com has the right to set such a limit at any time as it determines appropriate in its sole discretion. FreeBingoPrizes.com will limit the number of tickets that you may purchase for any Prize, although you may always purchase tickets for number of Prizes. The current limit is 10,000 tickets maximum per person per Prize.

Selection of Winners

The winners in all FreeBingoPrizes.com Prize Draws will be selected from all eligible entries that are legitimately received through a FreeBingoPrizes.com website. Winners will be notified via e-mail at the sole discretion of FreeBingoPrizes.com.

FreeBingoPrizes.com bears no responsibility for guaranteeing delivery of such notification. The Prize drawings will be conducted by FreeBingoPrizes.com whose decisions regarding winners, losers, eligibility of entries and all related issues are final and binding.

The odds of winning a Prize Draw at FreeBingoPrizes.com are inversely related to the number of eligible entries that FreeBingoPrizes.com receives - the more entries that are submitted, the lower the odds of winning for any given entry.

FreeBingoPrizes.com reserves the right to require certain winners to execute and return to us an affidavit or certificate of eligibility and a liability release. Additionally, where allowed by applicable law, FreeBingoPrizes.com reserves the right to require that the some winners sign and return a publicity release within 7 days of our attempt to notify them of a win. If winners do not comply with these requirements, they may be disqualified and forfeit their winnings, and FreeBingoPrizes.com may select an alternate winner or not award any prize at all for a given contest.

Award of Prizes

Before we award any prizes, we will verify that the player's profile data as input by the player and stored in our database is complete and true as of the time of the drawing. If any required information is absent, or if any of the information provided by the player is false, the player will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes that were to be won. We will award prizes within approximately 8 weeks of the prize drawing, with cash prizes being paid by NETeller. FreeBingoPrizes.com reserves to right to substitute prizes that are of equal or greater value than the prize previously announced for a particular drawing. The winner will have the option of accepting the prize determined to be appropriate by FreeBingoPrizes.com or declining the win completely, accepting nothing as a prize. Any taxes and/or other expenses that may be incurred as a result of claiming and winning a prize from FreeBingoPrizes.com are the sole responsibility of the winner. FreeBingoPrizes.com limits that number of prizes per person to no more than one prize per calendar month.
