the AOL version 9 Internet Properties Window.

This section here shows you the items you will need to click
on and in the order they will appear. Please read the further
instructions next.

- First, click on the Settings Icon located in the menubar.
See the redish highlighted circle in the picture above towards
the top center.
- Next in the Essentials box, select the Internet (Web) Options
link.
- With the AOL Internet Properties window open, choose the
last tab named AOL Browser.
- In the first section which says 'Web
Graphics' you need to set it to "Never Compress Graphics".
